Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We usually need only 0–1 business day to process and pack your order (handling time). Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and is typically 2–4 business days within the United Kingdom. The exact delivery time is shown during checkout.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a voluntarily extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days remains unaffected.
Who covers the cost of returns?

How quickly will I receive my refund?
